How to Initiate a Return

Log in to your account, navigate to My Orders, and select the item you wish to return.

Choose a reason for return and wait for our reverse pickup confirmation (typically instantly).

Hand over package
Pack the item securely including tags. Our delivery partner will collect it from your address.
Eligibility Conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags, brand packaging, and accessories must remain intact and included in the return package.
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of checkout cannot be returned under any circumstances.
- Perishable goods, intimates, and lifestyle hygiene products are excluded to ensure community safety.
Refund Methods
Once we receive your returned item at our facility, it undergoes a mandatory quality check. Upon successful verification:
- Original Payment Method: Refunds take 3-5 business days to reflect in your bank account or credit card.
- Store Credit (Wallet): Immediate transfer, providing you the fastest way to purchase something else.
- Cash on Delivery: For COD orders, a payout link will be sent to your registered phone number/email to claim the refund to your bank account.
