Welcome to Trendasli. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and associated services. Please read them carefully.

1. User Accounts

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

2. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Trendasli reserves the right to cancel any order if the product is unavailable, priced incorrectly, or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Payments must be made through our approved gateways. For Cash on Delivery (COD), payment is required in full upon delivery.

3. Same-Day Delivery and Shipping

Our "Same-Day Delivery" promise applies only to orders placed before the designated cutoff time (usually 6:00 PM) and within eligible zip/pin codes. Delays due to natural disasters, traffic anomalies, or other force majeure events are exempt from any delivery guarantees.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Trendasli platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Trendasli or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trendasli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service or products purchased. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
